Hi, 
the game has 2 separate mechanics.

The first is to collect blocks. You can't miss them. Each block adds one marker to the queue. Each marker also has its own addition sound. Blocks are incoming faster and faster. Hurry up and be careful, you can only store up to 4.

In the second part, you clear the queue. You're looking at the catcher's position. Its position must match the drop. if the lowest character in the queue matches, press space and the positions in the queue will be moved.

Controls mouse and touch blue button.  

If you prefer a keyboard:

left or the a key - controls left 
right or the d key - controls right  
space kay - drops
